The Bosque Encantado de C’ de Baca Homeowners’ Association, Inc. is organized to support the residents of the subdivision in enjoying a lifestyle that combines the beauty and serenity of a rural setting with the convenience and amenities of a suburban setting. The Bosque Encantado subdivision is adjacent to the Rio Grande in Bernalillo, NM, and consists of 104 lots, 84 of which are at least one acre. The subdivision’s covenants protect the open environment, and offer views of the river and the Sandia Mountains for residents, while providing privacy as a gated community. The town of Bernalillo is located 15 miles north of Albuquerque, and 35 miles south of Santa Fe. Either city can be reached easily on I-25.
